Use of Temporalis in repairing maxillofacial trauma

Project description

Created for a surgeon participating in the Canadian Ukraine Surgical Aid Program (CUSAP), this figure depicts the emergency use of the temporalis muscle in reconstructive surgery for maxillofacial trauma resulting from battlefield injuries in the Ukrainian conflict. The piece was designed for inclusion in a journal article, clarifying levels of temporalis dissection and illustrating how each level may be applied in various reconstructive regions.
